Our network of volunteer pilots make these flights possible - they donate their time and personal aircraft (either rented or owned). Donations are used to assist with the fuel expenses of these flights - the generous financial donations of our supporters make it possible for more of these flights to take place.
We fly supplies and animals to and from communities in northern Ontario and other points within Canada. Initially, we started these flights due in part to the lack of remote veterinary clinics & services during Covid-19, there was an overwhelming number of dogs in need of rehoming and medical attention which continues to exist. Now there are 'remote vet clinics' whereby veterinarians & technicians etc travel to some of these remote communities to provide a 'clinic' for a couple of days, the need for emergency medical attention and rehoming continues.
Our aim is to facilitate the transport of these animals from communities in James Bay, to foster homes in the GTA. These missions are only possible with the help of established rescues and community donations.
Volunteer pilots may register, on this forum, to assist with these flights - your registration will allow you access to all the information you need about how it works as well as all the requests for transport assistance.
Animal Welfare/Rescue Organizations may request transport assistance by completing our Transport Request (https://form.jotform.com/231718015681252
Please note, as a Federally Registered Not for Profit we are unable to issue Charitable Receipts.
